K-water Holds Smart Water Fountain Experience Event to Boost Confidence in Tap Water
K-water (Korea Water Resources Corporation) hosted a "Smart Tap Water Drinking Fountain" experience event from June 27 to 28 at the ARC cultural complex
near the Gangjeong-Goryeong Weir in Daegu, aiming to improve public trust in tap water.
This event was designed to allow Daegu citizens to directly experience the safety of tap water and to help improve public perception of it.
In addition to tasting tap water, the event featured a variety of experience programs, such as the "Bangwool-i Photo Zone,"
offering enjoyable moments for visiting families. Commemorative gifts were also given to participants, further enhancing the festive atmosphere.
At the heart of the event was the smart drinking fountain, which provides both cold and hot water and
is equipped with a system for real-time water quality monitoring. Through this, visitors were able to experience a safe and reliable tap water environment.
