From September 29 to October 1, BLUESEN participated in WEFTEC 2025,
held at McCormick Place in Chicago, USA.
WEFTEC is the world’s largest water environment exhibition, encompassing the global water industry,
including wastewater treatment, water quality analysis, and environmental technologies.
Each year, more than 1,000 companies and over 20,000 professionals participate,
making it a venue for continued technological exchange and collaboration,
as well as a key stage for gauging trends in the North American water industry.
At this exhibition, BLUESEN showcased a variety of solutions, including turbidity meters
and residual chlorine analyzers based on digital sensors.
Demonstrations of digital sensors operable independently without a controller,
along with a mobile calibration application, drew strong interest from
local engineers, EPC stakeholders, and water treatment design experts.
In particular, the U.S. water market is simultaneously advancing both the improvement of aging water
and wastewater infrastructure and the strengthening of water quality management
in response to climate change, leading to a sharp rise in demand for continuous and
highly reliable real-time water quality measurement technologies.
In addition, with each state imposing strict regulations and standards, data accuracy
and equipment reliability are regarded as key competitive strengths.
At this exhibition, BLUESEN engaged in technical discussions with a variety of local experts
and directly identified the technology trends and customer needs of the U.S. market.
Through this, we gained a concrete understanding of the necessity for developing locally
tailored products and establishing a technical support system.
This participation in WEFTEC 2025 was more than just a product showcase
—it served as an important milestone demonstrating that Korean water quality
measurement technology can compete in the global market.
Going forward, BLUESEN will continue to strengthen global technology exchange and local partnerships,
particularly in the North American market, to provide sustainable water management solutions.
