Uiryeong-gun conducted a promotion activity to drink
"Uiryeong Buja-su" to increase the drinking rate of tap water at the Seodong Living Park,
where the 49th Hongui General Festival was held from April 18 to 21.
At this event,
we hope that the Hongui General Festival will be successful at Bluesen,
a water company leading the environmental measurement control field,
and we operated five Smart Water Fountains throughout the venue.
Uiryeong-gun promoted "Uiryeong Buja-su" by installing Smart Water Fountains
that can check the degree of turbidity, hardness, residual chlorine,
and mineral content in real time at the festival.
On the 19th,
the festival site conducted a survey
on users to listen to the honest opinions of citizens
about Smart Water Fountain.
In a survey of about 250 users,
'there is no difference in taste between water purifiers and bottled water (84%)',
and 'the view on drinking tap water is positive (95%)."
Tourists who visited to enjoy the
"General Hongui Festival" showed a positive assessment of the rich water through the survey,
saying that Uiryeong Buja-su provided through Smart Water Fountain
could not feel any difference in the taste of ordinary bottled water.
An official from Uiryeong-gun,
who organized the promotion, said,
"Clean Uiryeong-buja-su tap water is supplied under thorough management,
so you can drink it with confidence,"
adding, "We will try to reduce resistance to drinking tap water and further manage quality."
